The Peura Family |
Christmas, 1989 Merry Christmas to you and your family from all the Peuras! We hope that you are happy and in good health and are enjoying the holidays this year with friends and family. Both Jessica and Brian are away at school and studying hard in their respective fields. David has been traveling a great deal this year. Kristin has a new job, working in commercial real estate management. The big news of the year is something that hasn't even happened yet -- no longer are we going to be a military family. After much thought David has decided to retire from the Army in July after 20 years. He has accepted a position at the University of Virginia Hospital in Charlottesville and will be the new Director of Clinical Services and Endoscopy of the Gastroenterology Division. We are just beginning the quest for a new home and will put our house in Silver Spring on the market after the holidays. The whole family is looking forward to the move and a real change in our way of life. Next Christmas our letter will come to you from a few acres tucked into the Blue Ridge Mountains. We wish you God's blessings for a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. David, Kristin, Jessica and Brian Peura |
